The other night (well, actually it was a while ago) Jonah helped me make dinner: Beef Enchiladas. I have lots of memories of asking for this meal for my birthday dinner and as I got older, helping my mom make it. Jonah thought it was a blast and was excited that he got to wear a cool apron too! He doesn't like getting messy, so I had to keep encouraging him that it was okay that his hand were getting messy. He wanted them washed the minute we were done. Funny kid!

I'd better make him his own apron! He looks like a little chef. Cute post.
Haha Cute! We always loved helping mom make those!
You're such a good mom! I can't stand letting my kids help me cook! I'm learning though...each time it gets a little easier.
Awe! I love him in the apron. Elden hates to get his hands dirty too, but they get better with more exposure to it.
Paige is so into cooking with me too. We definitely need to get together. Whatcha doin Thursday?
That's too funny. Chad had a little green and white plaid apron when he was younger. We still have it in fact. It's the only apron I have and is actually really cute on.
What a sweetheart. I think it's so cute that he doesn't like to get his hands dirty. Good thing he had that apron on to keep him nice and neat!
haha, cute pictures. i love the apron :)
Dang...those tamales look tempting. Let us know when you are having them again so we can come for on an "unvited" visit...Mike & Donna in Orem.
