Eden's birthday was yesterday. We messed up on the date and told her that her birthday was on Sunday, and we didn't have the heart to tell her when we figured out it wasn't, so we just went with it! She ended up having a great day. She got her pink cake, as requested, and this morning, I let her open a few of the presents we got her. She can open the other two at her birthday party this weekend. Of course, there was a little drama with the presents. Levi wanted to hold them, and she was not having it. I hope she can act a little nicer at her birthday party.
She was super excited about this Strawberry Shortcake car. She has been eying it for weeks at Wal-Mart.

No one says you HAVE to open presents at the birthday party. When we have a "Friend's birthday" we don't open presents with everyone there, we wait until they leave, that way any melt downs are done with out the hurt feelings of the others.
