Sorry, but here are a bunch of pictures of the kids looking exactly like they did for the Trunk-or-Treat. For Halloween night, we had Karena and Gavin's family and Lexie and Sharrid's family over for snacks and Trick-or-Treating.My kids were pretty excited and they all did pretty well, even Levi! The kids were mostly polite as they waited for the neighbors to put candy in their buckets, but some people let the kids choose and that just throws them off! They start thinking they get to choose every time! At least Levi did. The big kids didn't try to grab at the candy. Levi was pretty cute trying to figure out Trick-or-Treating for the first time since he had hung out with Peter passing out candy at the Trunk-or-Treat instead of coming with me and the big kids.

So for those of you anxious to see Peter's panda costume, he didn't even end up wearing it except to a costume party. I couldn't really blame him. The costume is really hot, big, and hard to move around in. So I didn't fuss too much when he decided not to dress up for the Trunk-or-Treat. In fact, the costume wasn't the greatest at the party he wore it to either. We had had a crazy day, and hadn't thought of the logistics of the costume in time, so his stuffing was coming out, we had forgot to spray his hair white, and the make-up job sucked. So, kind of a letdown; it didn't turn out how I planned it. Still, it's the effort that counts, right? I'll try to dig up a picture from the party.So on to November! I have been canning apple pie filling and applesauce like crazy! One more good day of canning and I'll be done. Then I need to do the ceiling and floor with the new paint because Jonah is having a birthday party on Saturday. It's going to be a pirate party and he's really excited. I can't believe he'll be five! Wow, I have a kid old enough to be in Kindergarten!

Her costume looks way cute! She looks so grown up with Makeup-she's going to be a knock/out when she's a bit older, you'll have to beat away the boys!
