The two big kids started their swimming lessons today. I signed them up for classes with the city; it was super cheap and I figure even if they don't learn a ton at least they are getting some instruction and some exposure to the big pool. I was worried that Jonah might not want to join in at first. He is sometimes wary of big pools, but he did really well. I knew Eden would jump right in. So they will go three more days this week, and four days next week. Today has been great; I think it will be good for the kids to get out of the house for a while.The kids with their teacher, Shelby.
This doesn't really reflect Jonah's mood about swimming lessons. He had a good time; I just think he didn't want his picture taken!

Hey Connie,
I had Trey do swim lessons at a Gilbert pool to save money. So great. He hated it the first few days and then loved it after that. We go swimming at the pool once a week and he sees his teacher and runs up to her and gives her a big hug. He actually learned a lot and is more comfortable in the pool now. Have fun.

I can't believe how many of my friends are all doing swimming lessons this summer for their kids!!! Dayna and Kirsten just had their first one today!
