I Have Been Living Under a Rock

Okay, so a while ago I was at Target and I just happened to look over at their bakery and I found THIS:
A lovely little 4-serving Red Velvet cake. Hmmm. I had never tried Red Velvet cake- it seemed pretty weird, but I had heard it was good. Besides, look at this thing. It was too gorgeous to resist! It was like a work of art! It almost hurt me to stick a fork into it, but after I tasted it, I was over it. It was the best cake I have ever tasted IN MY WHOLE LIFE!

Now I have heard people say, "I'm not a cake person" and neither am I really, but this is amazing! It is my new favorite flavor of cake and I am in love! I even went out and bought another one (pictured) because I needed to show you all a picture of it. Okay, and I wanted some more.

If any of you know me, you know that I LOVE shaved ice. It is my favorite treat, better than ice cream in my opinion. Well thank you for being such a good friend, Kemra, and telling me about Bahama Buck's! I am going to go there at least once a week this summer. They have over a hundred flavors and you can get ice cream in the bottom so that it will all melt together at the end- YUM! (Sorry for all of the caps; I am really excited about my new discoveries!)
I can't figure out how I didn't know about these yummy treats until recently. I guess I wasn't really living. Hopefully I won't give myself a cavity now!

Mmmmm...that cake looks divine! It's not fair! Why does everyone show yummy things on their blogs when I'm trying to loose a couple?

Kira will probably run out and get one of those cakes for sure! She just made a red velvet cake a few months ago. She didn't even frost it, it was so good. Go figure...

Red Velvet cake is so good. One of the layers for our wedding cake was Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. Red Velvet will be your favorite for forever...I don't think anything can top it.

I can't believe I never told you about Bahama Bucks! I LOVE that place. I think I may have made Bret hate it though, since I always ask to go there...
