Road Trip to Show Low and Snowflake, AZ

We decided to take a drive up to Show Low and Snowflake (The White Mountains) on Saturday. We had nothing else to do, heard it was pretty, and plus we like to explore. It was only about a 3 hour drive, and the kids did pretty well. They were a little antsy when we got there, and since we knew little about the area, they didn't get much time out of the car. We stopped by the Snowflake Temple. It is situated on the top of a hill that overlooks the town. It was really pretty. Eden was in the middle of having a fit, so the pictures aren't that great.

Overall, it was a nice little drive. The Salt River Canyon was really beautiful!

that's a great hobbie to have...exploring, if you have the extra gas $. haha but knowing me I'd want to be garanteed I'd like where I'm going a lot...which doesn't always happen. Looks pretty, and Jonah's pic is real cool.

What a fun weekend outing. The temple sounds beautiful sitting up on the hill. The pictures you took are cute of the kids, even if there was a fit going on.
